A Little About Half-elves

Half elves can be found throughout Alidor, large populations are found in settlements around the Taluo forest, and in particular the city of Horsens who’s people trade often with the elves of the forest. The Island of Jelling is also home to many half elves. Since half-eves can appear to look nearly human, or nearly elfin, it is sometimes hard to pick them out in a crowd of either race. Some like the royal family of Jelling, are hardly recognizable as half elves though their long lives give some indication of their ancestral origins. Racial Biases in Kirkland favor more human than elfin looking half elves, where Duftown and Glenfiddich will have more elfin looking folk, who were either born there or relocated from areas inside Kirkland.
