The League of Highhook

A small fishing hamlet on an island in Kings Bay became the meeting place of three religious leaders King Harold Siggarson “Old Smoke Head”, King Charles the Bold and King Rolf the White. On that cold fall day they agreed to align themselves with King Malcome of Jorkirk. While King Malcome moved against the dwarves of Mt. Laudin and Mt. Verdin, the other three kings would join forces and move against the Dufts to the east. Once the west gate of Mt Laudin was breached, King Malcome lead a charge into the mountain and was never seen again. As for the dwarves of Mt. Laudin, they ran out the east gate and now occupy Duftown. Something scared them out of the mountain and now they will not go back. Without their original leader, the League of Highhook has grown stronger and still continues to forge a new way of life on the northern frontier. As for Jorkirk it is now a cursed city empty of life. most of the inhabitants have spread out among the remaining cities towns and villages of Kirkland.
