Melbrindar Keep

This keep is the last stop for many a pilgrim before heading out across the Valley of the Gods in search of the City of Alidor. It is the home of the Melbrindar elves and one of the few places where one can study weapon and armorsmithing. Elves come here to study the ways of the samurai under the tutelage of “The Melbrindar” a reclusive ancient elf said to be one of the oldest in the world. The laws of Melbrindar Keep are extremely strict for non-elves, but the pay off in knowledge is well worth the trouble.

Example law:
All non-elves must walk counter clockwise while traveling between buildings in the compound. Non-elves found walking clockwise will be put to death by the first elf on the seen. As a courtesy to visitors, divinations after the fact will be used to determine justification of sentencing.
