Well, I am not giving up on RPGA yet. I will be running Living Realms Core1-1 Inheritance Friday and Living Realms DALE1-1 The Prospect on Sunday at FlatCon October 3rd-5th. I will be eating DALE1-1 The Prospect which means my players will be too. I use Starburst candies for the monsters (they make perfect 1-inch squares). If you beat the monster you get to eat the Starburst. I am also running Living Realms Core1-1 Inheritance, which I played at MetaCon, and grumbled about. Now, after reading that particular mod, I believe I can make it a better experience for others. I also pulled my old FR books out of storage. I had not looked at them since oh, about 8 years ago. My new copy of the Forgotten Realms Campaign Guide arrived, and I was surprised at how much has changed in the realms since my first copy back in 1990. I have the 3.0 edition of the book, but I have not seen it since I moved to Illinois, 3 years ago, it must be in a box somewhere in the basement. Anyway, I have two words to some up the 4.0 edition of the book: Poor Elminster.
