Another player from my game decided that his dwarf rogue level 5, named Theous Loresoul would take a boat from Port Headland across the Winwell Sea to Horsens to retire near the elves of the Talou Forest and their gold. His interest in Horsens came from a meeting with a merchant that said there were no thieves in Horsens. Theous took that as an invitation to prove the guy wrong. Now there is at least one thief in Horsens.

Home of the elves. The heart of the city is deep inside the boarders of the Taluo Forest. Few non elves have ever seen it. It is ruled over by Empress Zoe, the eldest of all elves, and some say mother to all the elfin people. The city itself is the forest, so though the population is quite large it is not dense, maybe 12 elves per square mile in the more populated areas.
